摘要
集成声光器件作为波分复用网络中关键的无源器件,能够实现开关、滤波、调制等功能。声光器件由于其固有的高速度、宽频带和可能多波长同时工作的特点而成为研究重点。文章对已有的集成声光器件进行了分类,简要介绍了波导型集成声光器件的工作原理和发展状况,比较了当前研究广泛的两大类波导型集成声光器件的优缺点,指出了目前需要解决的重要课题及其发展趋势。
Abstract
As key poptic devices can help realize such functions as switching, filtering and modulation. They have become the focal point of the research for their characteristics of high speed, wide bandwidth and the capability of simultaneous multi-wavelength operation. The existent integrated acoustooptic devices are classified and the operating principle and development of waveguide integrated acoustooptic devices described and the merits and demerits of two much-researched types compared. In addition, the key technical problems to be solved at present are pointed out and the trend of their development anticipated.
