ITU-T规范G.7718提出了控制平面元件的对象模型，如呼叫控制器(CallC)、连接控制器(CC)和链路资源管理器(LRM)等，但是，在此之上没有给出相应的控制网元管理对象模型。文章参照ITU-T规范G.7718第7.3节给出的域的概念，引入了用于控制平面管理的新的控制网元对象。

Object models for control plane components, such as CallC, CC, RC, LRM, have been proposed in ITU-T G.7718, but no appropriate object model for control network element management has been given. With reference to the domain definition in Section 7.3 of ITU-T G.7718, a new control network element object for control plane management is introduced in this paper.
