摘要
信息化战争是以争夺战场的“制信息权”为主要行动的战争。作战双方都力图集中主要作战力量,使用各种作战手段,压制、削弱、破坏和摧毁敌人的C4I(指挥、控制、通信、计算机、情报)系统,同时有效地保护己方的C4I系统。而对C4I系统的攻击和防护成为信息战争重要作战行动,C4I系统成为主要作战目标。研究C4I的各种防护措施的目的显然是为夺取制信息权,只有己方的C4I系统不被摧毁,才能更有效地进攻敌方,使其C4I系统被摧毁成为可能。这些手段也是电子战、网络战的重要技术措施。
Abstract
For an informationbased warfare, the main action on battlefield is to strive for the control of information. Both sides of the combat will try hard to centralize their main power and use all kinds of means to suppress, weaken, breach and destroy the opposite sides C4I (command, control, communication, computer and information) system while effectively protecting their own C4I systems. Therefore, attacking and protection of C4I system become important in informationbased warfare, and C4I system turns into the main campaign target. The purpose of study on various C4I protection measures is obviously to gain the control of information. Only when our own C4I system survives, can we attack the enemy more effectively and make it possible to destroy its C4I system. These technical measures are also important in electronic warfare and network warfare.
