摘要
为实现可变体机翼翼表温度的高精度的实时检测, 设计了一种基于长周期光纤光栅(LPG)的温度测试系统。该系统采用长周期光纤光栅作为温度传感元件, 高双折射光纤环镜作为边缘滤波器件。在边缘滤波理论研究的基础上, 提出了一种降噪增敏的算法。实验中将LPG粘贴在可变体机翼翼表材料的表面, 当外界温度发生变化时, LPG的谐振波长发生偏移, 经光纤环镜的调制后出射光强发生变化。实验结果表明, 长周期光纤光栅温度灵敏度为 0.053nm/℃,系统线性度为0.9997, 温度分辨率为0.05℃, 该系统具有较高的温度灵敏度和分辨率, 能够较好地实现可变体机翼翼表温度实时检测。
Abstract
To achieve high-precision and real-time temperature detection of the morphing wings’ surface, the temperature test system is designed based on the long-period fiber grating(LPG). The long-period fiber grating is the temperature sensor and the high-birefringence fiber loop mirror is the edge filter in this system. Based on the edge filter theoretical studies, a algorithm is proposed to reduce the noise and increase the sensitivity. In the experiment, the LPG sensor is attached on the surface of the morphing wings’ materials. When the temperature is changed, the resonant wavelength of the LPG sensor will shift. And because of the wavelength shift, the exit light intensity which is modulated by the fiber loop mirror is also changed. The results show that long-period fiber grating temperature sensitivity is 0.053nm / ℃, the system linearity is 0.9997 and the temperature resolution is 0.05 ℃.The test system can realize high-precision and real-time temperature detection of the morphing wings’ surface with high sensitivity and resolution.
