摘要
在合金灰铸铁基体上利用新型镍基粉末进行侧向送粉激光合金化制备原位合成颗粒增强高镍复合涂层,探究适用于合金灰铸铁送粉激光合金化的工艺参数。在合金灰铸铁气门座圈表面利用侧向送粉激光合金化进行小批量试制。重点解决了气门座圈强化层出现的硬度过高、加工裂纹、气孔缺陷等问题,制备出无气孔缺陷、硬度较低,满足技术要求的强化层,实现对合金灰铸铁气门座圈的激光强化。
Abstract
The paper investigates the reinforcement of exhaust valve ring by powder feeding laser alloying with new Nibased powders. The influence of laser alloying process parameters to the organization, microstructure, hardness and defects of the alloy coatings on the surface of gray cast iron are investigated. Through optimize the process parameters and the ratios of powder, the technical problems of high hardness, cracks and porosity defects were solved.
