脉冲激光探测的最大探测距离的研究

摘要
脉冲激光探测的最大探测距离与发射信号功率有关, 根据系统发射端瞬时功率的形式, 通过计算得出了脉冲激光平均发射功率和最大瞬时功率分别与驱动电流的脉冲上升沿时间、脉冲宽度、脉冲重复周期的关系。结合传输衰减、弱信号检测和信号预处理过程中的信号功率变化, 得出了最大探测距离与激励电流波形参数、光电探测器参数、信号预处理电路噪声、信号预处理电路阻抗、比较器阈值电压的关系。在平均功率不变的情况下, 可以通过减小激励电流的占空比来增加最大探测距离。根据发射信号波形参数估算出脉冲激光探测的最大探测距离。
Abstract
The maximum detection range is related to the transmitted signal in pulse laser detection. The curves of transmitted average power and maximal instantaneous power as the function of rising edge time, pulse width and pulse repetition cycle are calculated on the expression of the transmitted instantaneous power. The maximal detection range as the function of pulse current parameters, capability of the photodetector, noise in signal pretreatment circuit, impedance of signal pretreatment circuit and threshold voltage of comparator can also be calculated based on the power variations in transmitted attenuation, weak signal detection and signal pretreatment. The maximal detection range increases with the reducing duty ratio of the drive current when the transmitted average power is constant. The maximal detection range can be estimated on the transmitted signal parameters in pulse laser detection.
