高精度双轴太阳跟踪控制器设计

摘要
结合聚光式光伏发电对太阳跟踪装置的应用需求,设计了基于DSP与CPLD的高精度双轴太阳跟踪控制器。设计以太阳位置计算的方法为主要跟踪控制方式,采用CCD传感器对太阳跟踪角度偏差检测自动定位和校准。结合光电定位校准开关,可以消除较大的机械积累误差,跟踪精度高。根据太阳高度自动调整启动返回时间,可以最大限度地获得更多的光能同时又降低了不必要的功耗。本设计实验效果良好,配合菲涅尔聚光电池使光伏发电效率大大提高,具有较高的实用价值。
Abstract
A kind of highprecision, dualaxis suntracking controller based on DSP and CPLD was designed considering the application requirements of the photovoltaic power generation to solar tracking control system. The calculation method to indentify the suns position was taken as the main tracking control method. The CCDdetectionsensor was used to locate and collimate the deviation angle of suntracking automatically. Based on the photoelectric switch of location and calibration, it could eliminate the accumulated mechanical error. In order to maximize the obtained optical energy while reducing unnecessary power consumption, the starting and return time were adjusted automatically according to the height of the sun. Good results were achieved in experiments, and the photovoltaic power generation efficiency was greatly increased with concentrator photovoltaic cell. So it has a high practical value.
