硅酸盐基耐高温涂层的制备及发射率研究

摘要
以水溶性无机硅酸盐为基料,以不锈钢粉为填料,制备了硅酸盐基耐高温涂层,通过正交试验,优化了获得最低发射率涂层的制备工艺。对涂层的发射率和耐热性能进行了测试,采用IR和SEM表征了涂层的结构和微观形貌。结果表明:涂层的耐热温度达600℃主要因为高键能的Si-O键及Si-O-Si键的形成,600℃热老化前后涂层在3~5 μm波段的发射率分别为0.40和0.50,发射率的升高是因为热老化后涂层表面致密度的降低。
Abstract
Heat-resistant coating was prepared with water-soluble silicate and stainless steel powder as binder and pigment,respectively. The coating preparation process that has the lowest emissivity was optimized by orthogonal test. Meanwhile, the emissivity and heat resistance properties of coatings were tested, and then the structure and the surface morphology of the coatings were characterized by infrared absorption spectrum (IR) and scanning electron microscope (SEM). The analysis results indicated that the heat-resisting temperature can be up to 600℃ because the formed Si-O and Si-O-Si bonds have high bond-energy. The infrared emissivity of the coating is 0.40 before thermal aging and 0.50 after thermal aging at room temperature in 3~5 μm waveband. Due to the decrease of the coating structure compactness after thermal aging, the infrared emissivity increases.
