根据半个多世纪碲镉汞材料、碲镉汞红外探测器的发展里程, 以碲镉汞材料的发明、关键技术突破带来的碲镉汞材料生长技术的进步、关键技术的突破带来的碲镉汞探测器性能提升、第一代陆军通用组件、第二代高性能红外焦平面器件和第三代高清、多波段红外焦平面器件等重要里程碑为出发点, 采用专题系列的形式, 回顾碲镉汞材料及碲镉汞红外探测器发展的艰辛历程与辉煌的成就。
Abstract
These series reviews of the history and achievements of HgCdTe technology are made based on the development of the material, the detectors during the past half century, with the emphasis on significant milestones of the invention, the growth improvements due to breakthroughs, the detector performance enhancement produced by key technology improvements, first common modules, 2nd generation high performance FPAs and 3rd generation high resolution, multiband FPAs.
