摘要
针对传统电缆设计中经常出现的设计图纸和最终装配出来的产品不一致、图纸与实物有所不符等问题, 提出一种新的电缆设计方法—电缆自动化设计。即利用Unigraphics(简称UG软件系统)中的Routing模块, 通过建立的结构装配数学模型进行电缆自动化设计;完成了导线和线束的空间路径设置和调整, 并根据线路设计在结构中进行线路布通和检查, 最终给出布通线路列表、布通线束长度、线径、线束弯曲半径报告。在产品电缆装配过程中, 工人可直接参照直观的三维布线图, 避免了设计人员到现场跟产;同时避免设计图纸的二次更改。
Abstract
In traditional cable design,the problem may exist that the final product is not coincide with the original design drawing.Therefore,a new automatic cable design method was put forward.Routing module of Unigraphics,i.e.,UG software system,was used to establish the mathematical model for cable assembly structure of automatic design.Then the wire and harness space path settings and adjustment were completed,and the wiring and checking were implemented according to the designed circuit.The final report was given about the wiring list,harness length,general line diameter,harness bending radius etc.The workers can directly take the 3D wiring diagram as a reference during cable fitting without the presence of designers,which can also avoid the secondary change to the design drawing.
