摘要
分析了TDI CCD的各种噪声,重点研究了响应非均匀性和固定图形噪声对成像质量的影响,通过辐射亮度反演的方法对响应非均匀性进行了校正。实验结果表明,该校正方法能够有效去除响应非均匀性造成的条纹,得到清晰的图像。
Abstract
Several noises of TDI CCD were analyzed, and the effects of nonuniformity and fixed pattern noise to image quality were discussed. The nonuniformity was corrected by radiance retrieval method. The experimental results indicate that this method can eliminate the stripe and get clear image.
