HG785高强结构钢激光与 CO2气体保护焊接接头组织性能对比

摘要
采用高功率 CO2激光焊接 8 mm厚 HG785材料, 研究了其激光焊缝组织特性和机械性能, 探索了高强中厚板的激光焊接适应性。结果表明: 当激光功率 3 500W, 焊接速度 1.5 m/min时进行双面焊接, 获得了无缺陷的良好焊缝。与 CO2气体保护焊接相比, 激光焊接速度快, 变形小, 焊缝宽度窄(最宽处 2 mm),热影响区小(0.4 mm), 焊缝晶粒细小; -20益焊缝冲击韧性 CVN=50J, 最高硬度为 383 HV, 焊缝各项性能指标满足高强结构钢的焊接要求。
Abstract
HG785 high strength structure steels with a thickness of 8 mm are welded using high power CO2 laser. The Microstructure and Mechanical properties of the welding were studied.The results show that no crack welding can be achieved by double-face welding atlaser power 3.5 kW and welding speed of 1.5 m/min. Comparing with GMAW, laser welding has a narrow seam width of 2 mm, a small heat-affected zone of 0.4 mm, a fast welding speed, a small deformed and the fine crystal. Charpy notch toughness at -20益 is CVN=50 J in weld metal, the maximum hardness of butt welded joint is about 383 HV. All the mechanical properties of weldproduced by using laser welding can meet the welding technical requirements of HG785 high strength structure steel.
