Nd:YAG Laser for Treating the After Cataract
摘要
目的: 探讨 Nd: YAG激光治疗后发障的疗效和方法。方法: 应用 Nd:YAG激光对 131例后发障患者行后囊膜切开术, 术后平均随访时间 2.5月。结果: 激光截囊前后视力明显提高, 差异有显著性(P＜0.01), 无人工晶体损伤等并发症。结论: Nd:YAG激光治疗后发障是安全的、有效的。
Abstract
Objective: To explore the methods and effects of treating the after cataract with Nd: YAG laser technique. Methods: Postercapsulectomy was performed with Nd: YAG laser in the treatment of after cataract in 131patients, with follow-up of 2.5 momth aftersurgery. Results: The vision before and after capsulectomy with laser had significant difference(P＜0.01). There was no intraocularlens damage. Conclusion: Nd: YAG laser technique was the most effective method for treating the after cataract.
