电路补偿改善光电模块眼图的研究
Study of Optimizing Eye Diagram of Optical Transmitter Based on Compensation Circuit
摘要
为了消除光模块在通信时的噪声、抖动等不利影响,提高光通信质量,提出了一种电路补偿改善方法。该方法通过建立激光器模型,分析了光模块中激光器寄生参数的来源及影响,探讨了补偿原理和具体电路设计方法,并通过实验对该理论进行了验证,总结出补偿电路的一般设计步骤。
Abstract
In order to eliminate the noise and jitter of optical module in optical communication and improve communication quality, we propose a method to optimize the circuit compensation. The source and influence of laser parasitic character by establishing a laser diode module are analyzed, and the compensation theory and compensation method, which have been proved in the experiment are discussed. Finally the step of compensation circuit design is introduced.
