With the development of society, the large LCD panel used in social life of the extensive application in industry and the broad market prospects make it becomes an instrument for enterprises to show their own characteristics and demands. However, because LCD TV needs pouring liquid crystal, according to large size, something difficult for pouring and costs will increase significantly, such as shining points. This paper provides a method of splicing small pieces to one large size LCD panel used in movie and television, council chamber, March broadcasts stock exchange and etc. Application of the light, high resolution, a wide angle of the large size LCD is a fashion show business's "face" and the actual applications that bring increasingly obvious benefits, has been approved by the industries of users. So it has new prospects to develop the large size LCD market.
