液晶电视用低功耗LED背光模组设计
Design of Low Power LED Backlight Module for LCD TV
摘要
根据光源入光位置的不同, 设计了两款81 cm(32 in)低功耗LED背光模组, 从结构、光学、热学等关键问题出发进行分析设计, 采用88颗5630LED灯制作了背光模组, 验证结果表明, 背光模组的功耗只有34.85 W, 中心亮度可达到6 930 cd/cm2以上, 均齐度在79%以上。
Abstract
Low power consumption has been development tendency of electronic product, with popularization of LCD TV, LCD TV of the low power consumption become the pursuit of the goal of electronic products. According to the light in different position, this paper introduces the design of two 81 cm(32 in) low power LED backlight module. From key point of the structure, optical, thermals to analyze and design, the module was fabricated using 88ea 5630 LED. The test results verified that the power consumption is only 34.85 W, center brightness can reach 6 930 cd/cm2, the uniformity is over 79%
