多信道动态色散补偿器的研究进展
Progress in the research on channelized tunable optical dispersion compensators
摘要
文章对光的多信道动态色散补偿器(CTODC)的原理进行了阐述,并介绍了基于微电子机械系统(MEMS)和硅基液晶(LCOS)的CTODC的最新发展动态。对其工作机制、结构特征和指标参数进行分析和比较,指出了其中的关键技术及存在的问题。探讨了未来高速动态全光网络中CTODC的发展趋势。
Abstract
This paper first explains the principle of the Channelized Tunable Optical Dispersion Compensator (CTODC) and reviews the latest progress in CTODCs based on Micro Electro-Mechanical System (MEMS) and Liquid-Crystal on Silicon (LCOS). Then it analyzes and compares their mechanisms, configurations and key performance parameters and points out the key technologies and existing problems. Finally, it discusses the trend of the development of CTODCs in future high speed dynamic all-optical networks.
