本文报道在6个大气压下工作的电子束控制的CO_2激光器的性质,对激光器的放电特性与频率的可调性进行了研究。

The operation of an electron-beam controlled CO2 laser at 6 atmospheres in reported. The discharge characteristic and the frequency tunability are studied.
