液体样品激光击穿光谱的时间分辨研究

摘要
激光击穿光谱(LIBS)是一种新的多元素同时探测的技术, 但是光谱的采集时间、延时、门宽、等参数是影响将该技术推向实用化过程中的重要因素。本文利用 LIBS技术对水溶液样品中的金属元素进行了时间演化研究, 并通过对 Al、Cd、Cu、Fe、Pb、 Zn等五种元素的连续背景和采集时段对信噪比的影响分析, 得到了这些元素的连续背景光谱强度只由实验条件决定, 并且在同一个波长位置上的背景光谱强度不受元素种类和浓度的影响; 采用相对较晚的采集延迟时间及相对较宽的采集门宽可以增加 LIBS技术的检测能力, 得到更低的检测限。实验所得的结果为探测工业废水中金属元素的含量的应用研究提供依据。
Abstract
Laser induced breakdown spectroscopy is another emerging technology to detect multiple elements at same time. But thespectrum acquisition time, delay, gate width, and other parameters are major influence factors to make LIBS technology morepractical. In this paper, the metal elements in solution were detected with the method of time-evolution by laser-induced breakdownspectroscopy. Influence of the continuous background and the acquisition time on the signal to noise ratio was analyzed for the Al、 Cd、Cu、Fe、Pb and Zn elements. It found that the continuous background intensity was decided by the experimental conditions, and the continuous background intensity of the same wavelength has no effect with the type and concentration of elements. The detectability of LIBS was improved by relatively delay and acquisition gate width. The lower limit of detection would be obtained. Theexperiment results provided the basis for the detection of metallic elements in the industrial waste water.
