半导体激光云高仪接收APD温度补偿电路设计和应用
Temperature Compensation Circuit Design of Laser Diode Ceilometer's APD Receiver
摘要
根据普通二极管良好的温度特性以及其在结构和功能上的优势, 提出一种利用二极管 1N914来实现半导体激光云高仪 APD探测器的温度补偿的方法, 来消除在环境温度发生变化时 APD探测器的温度漂移, 使 APD保持稳定的探测灵敏度。经过实验验证, 该电路对 APD反向偏置电压的温度补偿情况良好、能够在环境温度变化的情况下获取稳定的、高增益的后向散射信号, 且该电路具有结构简单、工作可靠、成本低、功耗少等诸多特点。
Abstract
According to general diode's excellent temperature characteristics and its structural and functional advantages, an APDdetector's temperature compensation method of laser diode ceilometer is proposed, using diode 1N914, to eliminate APD detectortemperature drift when ambient temperature changes and keep the stability of APD's detection sensitivity. Experimental results showthat the circuit compensates APD reverse bias voltage well during temperature changes, more stable and higher gain backscattersignals are acquired during ambient temperature changes, even so, the circuit is simple, reliable, has low cost and power consumption,and many other features.
