摘要
研究开发了一款高亮度液晶显示用117 cm直下式背光模组,光源采用中功率高显色指数的LED,外加直下式用发散透镜结构,背光模组的混光距离为22 mm,中心亮度最高可达到26 000 cd/m2以上,加上液晶屏之后,整个液晶模组亮度可在1 500 cd/m2以上。通过对LED阵列的混光效果、电路驱动和散热设计,实现了一种具有高亮度、高显色画质、散热好、低功耗的直下式背光方案,为要求高亮度、优良画质的液晶电视、液晶展示屏和广告屏等产品的开发提供了有力支持。
Abstract
A new 117 cm light direct-type backlight for LCD module has been designed, with optical length within 22 mm and centre lightness above 26 000 cd/m2 using middle-power, high color render LED with diffuse lens. The LCM can get to 1 500 cd/m2 above with open cell. A direct type LCM design with features of high lightness, nice display quality, good heat dissipation and low-power consumption is realized by optical effect, circuit drive and thermal design, giving strong support to the product with high light and nice display quality, such as LCD TV, LCD-Exhibit etc.
