应用技术ODF工艺用封框胶的研究
The Research of Sealant Used in ODF Process
摘要
研究了液晶面板制造ODF工艺用封框胶材料与周边Mura的关系。实验表明,通过提高UV光照量,调整封框胶中引发剂和偶联剂等活性成分,能有效地改善周边Mura,同时提高液晶面板的剥离强度。
Abstract
In this paper, the relationship between Side Mura and Sealant used in ODF process was studied. Experimentally, Side Mura and the peel strength of the LCD panel were effectively improved by enhancing the intensity of UV light and changing the active ingredients such as initiator and coupling agents in the Sealant.
