摘要
频率响应是光电耦合隔离放大器的一个重要参数。首先介绍了光敏三极管光电导工作模式和集成运放宏模型,然后利用该原理对使用双路光耦设计的线性光耦隔离放大器电路进行了深入研究,分析并推导了电路频响的计算公式。对该电路的频响与电路中元件参数的关系进行了仿真和实验,最终得出结论。
Abstract
Frequency response is an important parameter of the optically coupled isolation amplifier.A photoconductivity mode of the phytosensitive triode and the integrate amplifier macromodel were introduced firstly. Then based on the theory, a liner optically coupled isolation amplifier designed by using twinchannel optocoupler was lucubrated, and a formula about the frequency response of this circuit was obtained. Simulations and experiments were carried out to study the relations of the parameters and the frequencyresponse.
