摘要
利用坐标变换基本理论,建立两轴四环架结构光电系统目标坐标数据输出数学模型,重点分析了两轴四环架的机械结构误差对数据输出精度的影响,提出了该类结构加工、装配时必须控制的误差项,并对如何控制各项误差提出了具体建议。
Abstract
According to the theory of coordinate transformation, the mathematics model of the data of target coordinate is concluded, and the influence of structural error of two-axis four-frame stabile platform to the data is analyzed. At last, some structural error must be controlled and how to control when being machined and assembled is introduced.
