人体小肠经及周边非经络组织的光传输特性研究

摘要
采用无损检测实验方案,用808 nm光波分别沿人体手臂小肠经脉线与旁开非经脉方向传播, 测量皮肤表面漫射光辐出度,探究手太阳小肠经光传输特性,分析了不同时刻漫射光的衰减情况。 结果表明,808 nm光波沿小肠经脉方向和非经络方向传输时,光强度的衰减遵循指数衰减规律, 但衰减程度存在明显的差异,这种差异性具有医学统计意义(P<0.05)。不同时刻漫射光的衰减情况也不一样, 在12:00时的小肠经上漫射光衰减明显快于其它时刻, 与小肠经上气血运行时间相符。研究结果对于经络气血运行和人体经络的客观存在性有一定的参考价值。
Abstract
A non-destructive method is used to measure the emitted degrees of the diffuse light along the small intestine meridian and surrounding non-meridian tissue. The attenuation of the diffuse light was analyzed at different time within a day. The experimental results revealed that intensity of the diffuse light decay following the exponential decay law with the 808nm light wave as probe when propagating along the small intestine meridian or non-meridian direction, existing the statistical feature in attenuation. Due to the temporal variation of the difference of attenuation of diffuse light, the rate of decay along the small intestine meridian is up to the highest at 12:00, being in accord with the blood running time of the small intestine meridian. This kind of experiment offered the reference to the Qi-blood transportation and the existence of human meridians.
