自动化金刚石钻头激光焊接成套系统及焊接工艺研究

摘要
针对金刚石钻头多品种、多规格等特点, 开发了自动化金刚石钻头激光焊接成套系统。解决了焊接机械手动作、刀头稳定传送、电机驱动与 PLC控制等关键技术, 从激光焦点位置参数(偏移量、入射角)、激光功率和焊接速度等方面系统研究了金刚石钻头激光单面焊接工艺。结果表明: 对于渍62 mm和渍82 mm、基体厚度 2 mm的金刚石钻头, 激光功率选择 1600耀1800W, 焊接速度在 1.1耀1.2 m/min范围内, 其焊缝的成形良好, 抗弯强度能达到国际 MPA标准。
Abstract
In order to adapt the variety of diamond core drills, the automatic laser welding system was developed. The keytechnologies were solved such as manipulator movement, stable segment transmission, motor driver and PLC control system. The studyof one-sided laser welding process of the diamond core drills was made, which included offset and incident angle of laser beam, laserpower and welding speed. The results showed that the welding quality can meet the international standards of MPA for the diamondcore drills of渍62 and渍82 mm, on the conditions of laser power 1 600耀1 800 W, welding speed 1.1耀1.2 m/min for the substrate thickness 2mm.
