文章通过对能效等级标准的详细分析，来探讨LED背光模组的设计、整机电路和软件的设计。通过分析能效等级标准中的重要参数--亮度、均匀性、功率和影响这些因素的原因，对设计中如何确定LED数量、选用光学器件设计参数进行了说明。通过分析，文章最后给出不同能效等级的电视亮度和功率的对应关系，并且建议在合理亮度的时候，背光功率对应需要的值，同时对电视机整机硬件和软件设计提供了一些参考建议。

Based on detailed analysis of the energy efficiency level standard, this paper discusses the design of LED backlight, the circuit and the software design.
