不同色散区中光学截面的基质折射率效应研究
Study on Effects of Matrices' Refractive Index on Optical Sections in Different Dispersion Regions
摘要
基于Mie散射理论,对不同基质中碳化硅材料在反常、正常色散区内的光学截面进行了对比计算与分析。研究表明基质折射率对不同色散区中的光学截面所起的作用完全不同,揭示了入射波长、基质折射率对光学截面影响的内在规律。研究结果为该材料光学特性方面的研究和应用提供了理论参考。
Abstract
Based on Mie scattering theory, numerical calculations and theoretical analysis on the optical sections of SiC particles in different matrices were carried out in normal and anomalous dispersions. The research results show that the effects of matrices' refractive index on optical sections in different dispersion regions are completely different. The relations of the incident wavelength and the matrices' refractive index with optical sections are revealed, which provides theoretical reference for the research and applications of SiC materials.
