往复热循环及退火对激光成形修复TC17-TC11双合金组织的影响

摘要
采用激光成形修复技术, 以 TC17锻件坯料为基体材料, 以 TC11粉末为熔覆材料, 制备了 TC17-TC11双合金试样, 将其基材过热区宽度设计为 5 mm以研究修复过程中往复热循环和修复后退火热处理对试样组织的影响。结果表明, TC17基体因往复热循环作用, 从底部到双合金界面处, 温度逐渐升高到琢/茁相变点直至过热, 随着初生琢相的溶解和次生琢相的析出, 对应组织由双态组织向魏氏组织过渡, 并且硬度逐渐上升。修复试样经 500益, 1 h/FC退火热处理后, 次生琢相更加细密均匀, 试样过热区硬度较之沉积态提高了 45%。
Abstract
By using of the laser forming repair (LFR) technique, this paper prepared the TC17-TC11 samples with TC17 wroughtbillet as substrate, and TC11 powder as cladding materials. The LFR sample with 5mm HAZ (heat affected zone) width was designedand fabricated in order to investigate the influences on microstructure of heat recycle during the LFR process and post heat treatmentas annealing. The results show that the heat recycle affected the TC17 substrate: different region in TC17 spontaneously carried onaging treatment at different temperature respectively. With the temperature rising, the microstructure of TC17 substrate evolved frombimodal microstructure at the bottom to widmanstaten microstructure at the interface nearby. Moreover, precipitation strengthening wascaused by secondary琢 phase. After 500益, 1h/FC annealing, the microhardness of TC17 was more uniform, and the microhardness inthe OHZ (over heated zone) was higher 45% than that of as-deposited samples.
