摘要
介绍了光栅调谐原理,分析了闪耀光栅性能和选择了光栅参数;设计了 TEA CO2激光器光栅调谐选支系统,对可调谐选支输出控制系统的软、硬件进行了设计开发;实验表明,研制的 TEA CO2激光器光栅调谐选支系统,可精准、快速地实现光栅选支谱线输出。
Abstract
The principle of the grating tuning is introduced, the performance of the blazed grating is analyzed and the grating parameters are selected. The system of the grating tuning line selection of TEA CO2 laser is designed, the hardware and software of the tuning line selection output control system are developed. The experiment shows that the system of the grating tuning line selection of TEA CO2 laser can accurately and fast realize the output of the grating line selection.
