摘要
TR-101系统架构标准描述了将基于ATM(异步转移模式)的汇聚网络过渡到一种新的基于以太网的汇聚网络的框架结构,并定义了一种新的接入网拓扑。它的提出为EPON(以太网无源光网络)技术的实施提供了技术指导。主要涉及在应用EPON时对VLAN(虚拟局域网)功能、组播功能、OAM(操作、管理、维护)和网络管理等重要问题的探讨。
Abstract
The TR-101 system architecture standard describes the transition of the ATM-based converging network to a new Ethernet-based converging network and defines a new access network topology. This proposition provides a technological guidance for the deployment of EPON technology. This paper mainly discusses a number of important issues in EPON applications, such as VLAN functions, multicast functions, OAM and network management.
