Forming of ring profile laser beams and its applications
摘要
本文叙述一种新型而实用的光学元件——双凸光锥变换器。它能把圆形激光束变换成一定尺寸的环状激光束;并对光锥的变换原理、结构、主要参数作了分析,最后还介绍了环状激光束的一些应用。
Abstract
This paper reports a new and useful optical component-a cylinder converterwith two convex circular cones. It can poavert circular profile of a laser beam into a ring one with given sizes. The principle, structure and choice of parameters are described. Some applications of laser beams with ring profiles are given.
