Practical Research of CO2 Laser Welding 30CrMoSiA Steel with Filler Wire
摘要
用上海团结普瑞玛激光设备公司的SLC-X1225-H型激光焊接机, 配置数控送丝系统对厚为2~6 mm 的30CrMoSiA钢作了激光填丝拼焊的焊接试验。研究了激光功率、材料厚度、焦点位置、喷嘴高度、送丝速度、保护气体等参数对焊接速度、熔透率和焊接质量的影响。
Abstract
Using Shanghai Unity Prima company’ SLC-X1225-H laser welding CNC positioning table with CNC filler wire unit, The relationship between these parameters( laser power、material thickness、focus position、nozzle height、wire feed rate、and shielding gas) and welding performance was examined in welding 2~6 mm thickness of 30CrMoSiA steel. The results show that the full set of CO2 laser filler wire welding system can be put into production under industrial environment.
