Experimental investigation on the discharge noise for He-Ne lasers
摘要
本文报导了He-Ne激光器放电噪声的实验研究.通过改变激光器的结构、管内总气压和放电电流,在0～300千赫范围内可以观察到许多噪声现象.最后,提出了一些降低放电噪声的方法.
Abstract
This paper reports the experimental investigations on the discharge noise for He-Ne lasers. A lot of noise phenomena have been observed within the range of 0-300 khz by changing the tube structure, gas pressure and discharge current of the laser. The relation between noise and moving striation is also discussed. Finally, some methods for lowering the discharge noise are suggested.
