脉冲CO2激光作用下光气在BCl3中的分解与生成
Decomposition and formation of COCl2 in BCl3 with TEA CO2 laser radiation
摘要
研究了在脉冲能量为0.8焦耳的TEA CO2激光作用下BCl3中光气的分解与生成。峰值功率密度约106瓦/厘米2的脉冲CO2激光,既不引起BCl3中COCl2的分解,也不引起BOl3中的CO和Cl2生成COCl2。在焦点区峰值功率密度约108瓦/厘米2的CO2激光,则引起BOl3中光气的分解和生成。
Abstract
We have investigated the decomposition and formation of COCl2 in BC13 with a TEA CO2 laser of 0.8 J pulse energy. Our experiments show that unfocused and pulsed CO3 laser radiation with a peak power density of -106w/cm2 did not cause the dissociation of COCl2 in BC13. CO3 laser radiation with a peak power density at the focus of -108w/cm2 causes both the dissociation and the formation.
