无He高速流动CO2激光器的研究
Investigation on fast-flow He-free CO2 laser
摘要
用一个开环流动装置研究了无He混合气的放电CO2激光输出特性,获得1400W的输出,电光效率~5%,并建立了流动条件下的分子动力学模型,分析计算了小讯号增益、气压、密度、流速、温度等参数沿流场的分布。
Abstract
This paper describes a fast-flow open-cycle CO2 laser utilizing He-free mixture. The maximum output power was 1400W, with an electro-optic efficiency of~5%. A molecular kinetic model under the flow condition was used to calculate the distribution of small-signal gain along the gas flow direction.
