错边量对车用镀锌钢光纤激光焊接性能的影响

摘要
为了研究错边量变化对车用镀锌钢光纤激光对接焊焊接性能的影响, 采用正交试验, 获得无错边状态下的最优焊接参量, 在该最优参量下进行了不同错边量的焊接接头的表面、截面形貌分析, 以及显微硬度、接头力学性能和金相组织测试, 还研究了对接间隙对临界错边量的影响。结果表明, 当错边量小于或等于0.30mm(约板厚的17%)时, 焊缝表面成形良好; 焊缝区和热影响区显微硬度高于母材; 焊缝拉伸强度优于母材, 且拉伸试验均断裂在母材区; 错边量的变化对金相组织无明显影响; 对接间隙的变化对最大允许错边量值有很大影响。
Abstract
In order to study effect of the align deviation value on welding property of automotive galvanized steel based on fiber laser welding, the orthogonal test was adopted to obtain the best ideal parameters without align deviation. Weld topography and cross section of different align deviation value were analyzed, micro-hardness, mechanical properties and micro-structure of weld were tested, and the effect of different butt joint gaps on the critical align deviation value was analyzed. The results show that when the align deviation value is less or equal to 0.30mm(about 17% of sheet thickness), the weld topography is even and continuous. Micro-hardness in the fusion zone and heat affected zone is higher than that in the base material, the tensile strength of fusion zone is better than that of the base material. The change of the align deviation value does not have much impact on the micro-structure of weld. The butt joint gap has obvious influence on the critical align deviation value.
