超音速激光沉积研究进展
Research Progress on Supersonic Laser Deposition
摘要
超音速激光沉积是近年发展起来的一种新型表面涂层技术。由于超音速激光沉积技术是在较高的基体温度和偏低的喷涂温度下进行, 相比于其他制备涂层的方法, 具有较多的优势。阐述了超音速激光沉积的原理、特点、工艺参数, 总结了超音速激光沉积的相关研究。
Abstract
The supersonic laser deposition technology (SLD) is a new technology developed in the field of surface treatmenttechnology in recent years. Compared with other methods, the obtained coating has many advantages, owing to the supersonic laser deposition proceeding under the high substrate temperature and the low spraying temperature.The principles, features and processingparameters of the SLD were mainly presented. The research processes of the SLD were summarized.
