微型光纤光谱仪波长标定技术的研究
Research on the wavelength calibration of mini fiber spectrometer
摘要
为了得到准确的光谱测量结果, 对AvaSpec-2048微型光纤光谱仪进行了标定实验设计。根据标定实验结果, 采用两种不同的数学算法, 使用MATLAB软件, 得到了标定方程和拟合曲线。为了验证标定结果的准确性, 设计了验证实验, 通过对比验证实验结果得到最佳标定方程。
Abstract
In order to get the accurate measurements of spectroscopy, the calibration experiment is designed for AvaSpec-2048 mini fiber spectrometer. According to the experimental result, two different mathematical algorithms are taken to get calibration equation and the fitting curve. In order to confirm the accuracy of the results, a verification test is designed. Through comparing the test results, the best calibration equation is got.
