光伏发电控制器的液晶显示设计
LCD Display Design in Solar Power Controller
摘要
基于高稳定性单片机PIC18F97J60设计了一种独立运行光伏发电控制器。该控制器采用串口LCD作为显示界面, 能够实时显示太阳能电池的电压和输出电流、负载用电情况和控制器运行状态。控制器能够通过以太网与上位机通信。给出了光伏控制器液晶显示模块的硬件结构设计和软件流程设计。实验结果表明, 该液晶显示模块接口简单, 抗干扰性强, 工作稳定, 能够满足光伏控制器实时显示的要求。
Abstract
A Solar power controller is designed based on High Stability Microcontroller PIC18F97J60. The controller uses a serial SPI LCD as the display interface, the solar cell voltage and output current, load electricity consumption and the controller running state are displayed in the LCD screen. The controller can communicate with the host computer through an Ethernet. The hardware structure and software flow design of the Solar power controller has been given. The experiment proved that LCD module has the advantages of simple structure, strong anti-interference ability, better stability, and satisfied the requirement of real-time display of the solar power controller.
