基于CodeV的600mm望远镜光学系统热分析
Thermal analysis of 600mm diameter telescope optical system using CodeV
摘要
为了分析环境温度变化对600mm口径望远镜参数及成像质量的影响,应用CodeV软件进行了模拟分析。结果表明环境温度在-40~+40℃均匀变化下,对系统成像质量有较大影响,且焦距也有一定的变化。这些影响仅用焦面调节不能得到补偿,可以通过增加场镜的轴向移动来补偿,从而在支撑结构设计中增加了相应的轴向调节机构。分析表明,采用这种补偿方式后,在-40~+40℃的环境温度范围内,系统焦距等指标及成像质量均可保持稳定。
Abstract
To analyze the parameters and imaging quality changing of the 600mm diameter telescope when the environmental temperature changing, CodeV software was used for the simulation. The analysis result showed that the imaging quality of the system was affected seriously when temperature changed from -40~+40℃ equably, and the focal length changed a lot also. And the changing of the system could not be compensated by re-focusing along, the axial moving of the field lens should be added as a compensator also. The analysis showed that, using this compensation solution, the parameters and imaging quality of the telescope could keep unchanging.
