摘要
在测量微粒系统的散射光强角分布中计算微粒系统的粒径分布,属于典型的反演问题。反演算法一直是激光粒度仪的关键和难点。介绍了基于米氏散射理论的粒度测试,对其求解方法进行了详细分析。针对独立模式算法不需要预先指定粒径分布函数的形式就可获得真实粒度分布,提出了一种改进的独立模式粒度反演算法,并对算法的性能进行了理论分析和实验论证。实验结果表明,所提出的算法有效地提高了测量精度,降低了测量的重复误差。
Abstract
Determining particle size distribution by measuring scattered light intensities in different directions which is a typical inverse problem. Inversion algorithm is the key and difficult point of laser particle sizer. Particle size distribution test which is based on Mie scattering theory is introduced. The method to calculate particle size distribution is analyzed in detail. Because the model-independent algorithm can work out any sort of particle size distributions in theory without any pre-assumptions for the particle system, an ameliorated non-mode inversion algorithm is presented based on the study of non-mode data processing algorithm. Then theoretical analysis and experiment demonstration about the performance of the algorithm were carried out. The experimental results indicate that this algorithm enhances the measuring precision and reduces the repetition error effectively.
