B270-As2S8复合平面波导制备技术研究
Study on fabrication of composite B270-As2S8 waveguide
摘要
为了制备As2S8波导,提出一种兼顾导波和光子作用的复合波导结构,叙述了B270-As2S8复合平面光波导的制备工艺。实验制备了复合平面光波导,采用双棱镜耦合的方法激励复合平面波导的导模,实现导模在波导中的传输,并且在复合平面波导上实现光阻断效应。结果表明该复合平面波导具有良好的传输特性,可应用于制备光开关等波导器件,具有一定的应用潜力。
Abstract
In order to fabricate As2S8waveguide, a new composite structure of waveguide containing waveguide character and photons effect is proposed, and the technique of fabricating composite B270-As2S8waveguide is introduced. Using the method of prism coupling, a guided mode is made, and the transmission of the guided mode in this kind of waveguide is fulfilled. There are a wide range of potential applications in this kind of waveguide, and it can be used to make various kinds of devices.
