基于单幅图像的工业内窥镜相位法三维测量研究
3D Measurement Study Based on Phase Method with One Image in Industrial Endoscope
摘要
用于工业内窥镜的相位法三维测量受探头尺寸限制,要求装置简单。求取相位的常用方法有相移法和傅里叶变换法。将傅里叶变换法用于内窥镜的相位法三维测量克服了相移法的移相装置复杂,需要多幅图像,计算量大的缺点。该方法只需一幅图像就能完成测量,测量精度比相移法略低。
Abstract
The 3D measurement of phase method is used in industrial endoscope, which is limited in the size of probe and requires simple device. Phase-shifting and Fourier transform is the common method to determine the phase. When the Fourier transform method is used in endoscope, it conquers some important drawbacks. Comparing with Fourier transform method, the phase-shifting has some drawbacks, it needs complex devices, more images, and larger amount of calculation. The Fourier transform method needs only one image to complete the measurement, but its measurement precision is lower than phase-shifting method.
