全固态双向加压调Q激光器及放大技术研究
Research on all-solid-state bidirectional voltage supplied Q-switched laser and amplification technology

报道了一台激光二极管侧面泵浦Nd∶YAG双向加压式电光调Q全固态纳秒激光器。采用结构简单的平-平腔设计, 当重复频率为500 Hz时, 得到了脉宽为5~20ns的可调输出, 当脉冲宽度为6ns时, 获得了平均输出功率为2.31W、中心波长为1064 nm的基模光, 光束发散角为2.1 mrad, M2≤1.2, 单脉冲能量稳定性高于1.16%(均方根)。采用两种不同的双通放大方式对调Q光进行放大, 分别获得了功率为18.7 W和24.4 W的脉冲输出, 单脉冲能量抖动低于2.16%和1.87%。
Abstract
A LD-side-pumped Nd∶YAG all-solid-state bidirectional voltage supplied Q-switched nanosecond laser is demonstrated. The laser cavity is a plane-to-plane linear cavity. Fundamental mode 1064 nm in center wavelength with pulse width tunable from 5ns to 20ns is obtained at the repetition rate of 500 Hz. When the pulse width is 6 ns, the average power is 2.31 W with divergent angle of 2.1 mrad, M2≤1.2 and the single pulse energy fluctuation is less than 1.16% in 1 hour operation. By using two different types of double-pass amplifier, 18.7 W and 24.4W output pulse are obtained with single pulse energy jitter less than 2.16% and 1.87%.
