星上TDI CCD相机成像工作模式的配置与管理

摘要
为了解决星上TDI CCD相机成像工作模式较多、工作模式切换时间较长、配置效率较低等问题, 提出了一种高效、可靠的成像工作模式配置和管理方法。首先, 分析了星上TDI CCD相机成像单元的内部结构和工作特点; 其次, 针对成像工作模式中大量的轨道参数、姿态参数和时间参数, 结合相应的图像数据提出了一种成像工作模式的有效管理方法; 然后, 对成像工作模式中比较重要的配置参数(增益、偏置、积分级数和行频)的配置过程分别进行了详细的介绍; 最后, 对五个增益配置点下TDI CCD相机的响应度进行了检测, 同时在4级和8级的积分级数下进行了外场成像试验。实验结果表明: 所提出的配置方法准确、可靠, TDI CCD相机响应度的线性较好, 且外场成像质量较好、层次分明, 实现了星上成像工作模式的有效、可靠的配置和管理。
Abstract
For TDI CCD cameras, there are such problems as various imaging modes, long switching time between different working modes and low collocation efficiency, thus in this paper, an efficient and reliable configuration and management method for TDI CCD imaging modes was proposed. Firstly, the internal structure and working features of the imaging unit of on-board TDI CCD cameras were analyzed. Secondly, in view of the large number of orbit parameters, attitude parameters and time parameters, an effective management method of the working modes was proposed by combining with the corresponding image data. Then, the configuration process on important parameters (gain, bias, integral series and line frequency) were introduced in detail. Finally, the response of TDI CCD camera under five gain configuration points were tested, and field imaging tests were carried out under level 4 and 8 integral series. The experimental results show that the proposed configuration method is accurate and reliable, TDI CCD camera can obtain good linear response and perfect field imaging quality, realizing effective and reliable configuration and management of on-board imaging modes.
