Design of a High-Resolution InGaAs Shortwave Infrared Imaging System
摘要
介绍了一种高分辨率短波红外成像系统的设计与实现方法。采用640×512高分辨率InGaAs短波红外探测器, 基于NIOSⅡ的单片FPGA设计并实现了短波红外成像系统, 对探测器驱动、数据采集、信号处理等关键技术进行了分析。试验表明, 该系统成像清晰、体积小、功耗低、结构合理、性能稳定。
Abstract
The design and realization of a high-resolution shortwave infrared imaging system are introduced.The system was implemented based on single FPGA embedded processor NIOSⅡ with 640×512 high resolution shortwave infrared focal plane array.Several key technologies such as detector driving data acquisition and signal processing were analyzed.The experiment results show that the system has the advantages of clear image small volume low power appropriate structure and steady performance.
