光通道预算控制是FTTH(光纤到户)中ODN(光分配网络)建设的关键问题。文章通过具体工程实例分析了现有ODN光功率衰减的构成及改进措施, 给出了降低ODN光衰减的工程设计指导原则和施工要点, 说明了相关规范执行情况并给出了工程测试结果, 最后对ODN光衰减理论计算值与实际测试结果之间的差异进行了分析, 为今后新运营者FTTH工程建设提供了有益的经验。

Optical budget control is a key issue to FTTH-based Optical Distribution Network (ODN) construction. On the basis of a few practical projects, this paper analyzes the composition of the existing ODN optical power attenuation and the measures for improvement, presents the guiding principle in project design for reducing ODN optical attenuation and the key points in construction and describes the implementation of the relevant specifications in actual projects and the test results. Finally, it analyzes the differences between the theoretical calculations of the ODN optical attenuation and the practical test results, providing valuable experience for future operators in FTTH project construction.
