人体血液的微弱光图像采集与应用分析

摘要
选择人体的血液和血清为研究对象, 进行微弱光实验。实验结果表明当激发光为紫外光时, 全血样品和血清样品都表现出了一定的发光特性, 但当激发光在可见光范围内, 全血样品的微弱光强度比血清样品的微弱光强度强, 给出了可能的原因。同时研究了血清样品在不同激发光波段处的微弱光强度随血清样品中血糖浓度变化的规律。并利用图像的灰度特征值, 用编制的软件对血清的微弱光图像进行处理, 解决了微弱光图像定量分析的问题,直观地表示出微弱光图像中发光强度的分布。提供了采用血清的微弱光强弱来判断血清中血糖含量是否超标的检测方法, 为医学诊断提供了实验依据。
Abstract
In this paper, human blood and serum were chosen to make weak light experiment. The results have showed that blood sample and serum sample both have characteristics of luminescence, but weak light intensity of blood sample is stronger than serum sample when the exciting light in the visible light range. The possible reason is discussed. The characteristics and reasons of the emergence of weak light on each wave band are researched and the rule of change of weak light intensity with the concentration of sugar in the serum is also discussed. We do image processing on the l weak light radiation of blood serum with software based on the characteristic of image gray and thus the problem of the quantitative analysis of the image of low luminescence is settled. The distribution of the weak light intensity is vividly showed. In the paper we propose a method to examine whether the blood sugar in the serum is transformable based on the luminescent intensity of the serum and it provides an experimental basis for the medicinal diagnosis.
