Design of Plastic Optical Fiber Receiver Chip for Industry Control
摘要
研究了工业控制用低速率塑料光纤接收芯片的设计方案。首先根据实际情况对整个接收芯片的基本参数、生产工艺的选择进行了分析, 然后提出了塑料光纤接收芯片的系统架构, 详细分析了电路中直流失调和1/f噪声两大关键问题的解决思路, 并应用Cadence软件设计了功能完备的接收芯片。最后通过搭建仿真传输链路, 对设计的塑料光纤接收芯片性能进行了验证。
Abstract
A design of plastic optical fiber receiver chip for industry control is proposed. First, the basic parameters of the chip and the process selection of four production methods are analyzed, then the system diagram is proposed. The key issues of the circuit design and their solutions are provided. Finally, a simulation transmission link is built, and the performance of the chip is verified by numerical analysis.
